This tool builds Quoter quotes from the GLU catalog, shipping data, and customer records. The fastest way to succeed is to follow the workflow in order: customer first, items second, addresses third, shipping fourth, then preview and publish.
Search the parent account, select the right contact, then confirm the ship-to and bill-to addresses before you do anything else.
Search by SKU or name, add the required products, then adjust quantity and pricing in the cart on the right.
Enter the destination ZIP and apply a rate if auto-shopping is available. If shipping is blocked, read the warning card and only enter a manual shipping amount if that has been approved internally.
Choose the source, leave or change the template, set owner if needed, and optionally add internal notes or a discount.
Use Preview if you want a final review, then publish. After publish, confirm the quote reached Quoter and the owner assignment looks right.
One or more SKUs are missing usable website or shared shipping data. Carrier rates are intentionally disabled. Read the listed SKU warnings, then either wait for data cleanup or enter a manual shipping amount if you already have approval.
The quote cannot be submitted until both are complete. If a saved ship-to does not exist, switch to manual entry and fill all fields.
The app warns before submit if there is no shipping line. Do not ignore that by reflex. Either apply shipping or intentionally confirm that the quote should go out without it.
The frontend depends on the shared runner host. If the runner status looks offline, wait a moment and retry. If it stays down, treat it as an environment issue rather than a quote-entry mistake.
Stop and ask for help if the customer record is unclear, shipping is blocked for a critical SKU, the quote should ship without a shipping line, or the bot reports a runner/session problem that does not clear on retry.
